But you're standing by her, and that's what counts. Sure, gays still can't marry, and doing so has moved from Illegal to Unconstitutional, but we're trying. We're doing it slow, and we occasionally take a step backward, but we're moving in a good direction.

Plus, it looks like Allen really IS giving up the senate...which means he's also giving up his presidential bid in 2008. Booyah.

Well fucking said, man. Well fucking said. I don't like when people talk about moving either. Hell, I may have made offhanded comments about doing that in 2000 (I can't remember), but I've realized that it's when things start going to shit all around us that our country needs us that much more.
