not only is romney a terrorist, he's a mormon one. i love it when republicans say that ron paul is crazy because he saw an unidentified flying object. they then go on about how great mitt is. ugh.

Well, Ron Paul is crazy for any number of other reasons, entirely apart from being afraid that the space aliens are going to land on us and suck all the blood from our cattle, then probe our collective national rectum (Detroit!).

As for Romney, the mormon thing bothers me only very little, because he seems to make not so much a big deal out of his religion as he does a big deal out of how much he doesn't make a big deal out of his religion. And that kind of recursive non-logic makes one half of my brain piss blood at the other half and the whole thing turns into a frothy mess of hate. Therefore, he is a terrorist.

ron paul is crazy. then again, we seem to have the extreme of the extremes running this election. it's the things that people claw at to bring the other side down. one thing i do have to say for ron paul is that he is one hell of a talker. if you have watched the debates, he is pretty intense and in a good way. however, i would definitely not want him in charge of the country.

mitt, well, i wasn't attacking mormonism itself. i was attacking the use of it on air. the accusations of his amazingness or craziness because of his religion. it annoys me. in fact, any religion being brought into politics annoys me, which is why i brought it up. that makes no sense to anyone except me. i'm rambling.

i'm also sad that kucinich has no chance in hell.

Kucinich would have been my first choice, but he has almost the electability of a charming fruits basket. Edwards was my first electable choice. Now, I guess it's back to the drawing board.

Sad. You know, Edwards just wasn't "hip" or "different" enough. It's come down to a popularity contest between the two most unlikely candidates. Obama is Myspace, and Hillary is Ikea. One is young and hip, the other is clever and sophisticated. That leaves no room for good candidates like Edwards, or the guys who dropped out a long time ago.

I was actually considering calling one Martha Stewart Living and the other Rachel Ray, but c'est la viv. Pretty much, my mind sees you call Ikea, "clever and sophisticated," and wants to burn things, so I'm finding just about any other way to put it.

With Edwards, he just never had the controversy, which never brought the press to him in droves. Obama and Hillary pretty much sat back and let the press come to them, Edwards had to actually call them.

Martha Stewart and Rachel Ray works. Ikea was just the only popular furniture I could think of god damn it. I'M NOT A INTERIOR DECORTATOR. Martha Stewart suits clever and sophisticated much better, thank you.

Haha I was looking at who has made contributions to both last night by the way, and Martha Stewart was in fact on Hillary's List. Obama's list consisted of Halle Berry, Oprah, Will Smith, Morgan Freeman, Tyra Banks... surprise. Really? Middle aged woman are voting for Hillary and black people are voting for Obama? I don't suppose that has ANYTHING to do with putting your demographic in a position of power. I'm sure ALL these people are really following the campaigns and can tell you EXACTLY what what they agree or disagree with in their candidate.

Poor Edwards. Just a southern white boy.

So who are you planning on voting for now?

Despite my initial misgivings and suggestions that McCain’s moderate leanings couldn’t possibly carry the GOP.

Need.. independent... clause...

Well, being a Mormon I wouldn't vote for Romney. We may hold the same spiritual ideas but we couldn't disagree more on how America should be run ( ... )

Sorry for the ranting? I'm sorry for your delusions of grandeur. Remember whose journal you're in. That was a wee lil' babby rant compared to the doozies we let slip in here. Jim will, no doubt, be along shortly to show you how the professionals play ( ... )

Let me rephrase my statement. I'd have to give Romney a good consideration if he were up against Clinton. In the end though, knowing where I've fallen politically, if I could stomach Clinton for 4-8 years, I'd probably vote for her.
