I think it's perfectly natural to want to express your negative feelings. If you looked at my journal, you would notice that many of the entries were spurred by emotionally charged situations. For me at least, LJ is a great way to relieve stress, tension, and anger.

i completly agree, but i do feel that i should share the good times as well as the bad with my friends. which is why i plan on making my posts more frequent.
