alright, im confused, people say that Rogers birthday is on Halloween but last night at the LTJ show they said the night before was Rogers birthday and they weren't able to celebrate it, so they were gonna do it that night...

which is it?

He told me his birthday was on Halloween. So they were probably joking about it being the night of that show.

The band Diffuser used to say it was Dan Leo's birthday every night so people would buy him drinks. It was pretty funny! And he wasn't old enough to drink until a year ago. Diffuser broke up in April 2004. =(
