Well it's been almost six months since I posted a song here, so it's about time. I haven't really recorded any new songs because of technical issues. My previous recordings were plagued by bad vocal sound, to which I compensated with effects. Hmm... This just might be your best yet... I love the lyrics and the melody is great, too... It works really well in the acoustic format, too... Even if you had a band, I wouldn't add much to this one, maybe just a tamborine or some violin in the background... Well done. I definitely can't "hear" this with drums, if that makes any sense.

hm. well, you'll either love me or hate me. eh. personally, this isn't really a music style i enjoy a whole lot... but i can still appreciate what you are doing. it isn't bad but it seems like the recording, well, the voice comes across really loud... like it's not balanced with the guitar, but you said you had some issues with the recording and whatnot so i'll assume that's what you meant. the melody is okay but i don't like the lyrics all too much. eh, i will explain more if you like (about the lyrics) but i'm a bit frightened to just spill all of it as i don't want to come off as rude or anything, you know? so yeah, there you go.

It's just a song... you don't have to think anything of it per say. Do you like the music? Do you like my voice on it better than my older songs? I know you don't like Placebo, and this song is definitely in that style, so you can tell me you don't like it, if you don't like it. I will understand.

it's a nice enough song....again, just not really my style. also, i don't like the effects. again. repetitive, eh?

There really is practically no effects whatsoever on the voice. There is chorus on the guitar, but that is so used that it is practically standard in rock music.

Where do you hear the effects? I'm willing to try to strip it down further if you think it will improve the song, but I just don't see it on this one.

I did figure that it wasn't your style though. The song is very placebo-esq and I know you are not a fan of theirs. Oh well, I like the tune. Thanks for telling me what you thought.

Hello. Thanks for the great compliment on my music. I have four more songs up my ZEDtv page. The best of which I think is I Feel Small. It's nice to think that I have fans in Norway.

I don't mind you adding me to your friends list at all, but I feel it is a little strange that I'm the only person on your list. I'd really like to get to know you better before I add you to my friends, since you've only gotten a LiveJournal today. I have a lot of personal things that I write here so I rather err on the side of caution. I hope you don't mind, and keep me as your friend.
