Fourth page footnote.
The citizens of the Gear City seem to be reluctant to come out of thier homes. While this makes my job at night that much easier, it's really very unsettling. I'd like to set their minds at ease about the whole thing but I can't do that not knowing what's going on myself. Whatever it is, I hope I can face it down. Just so long as it isn't magical and there's no Kryptonite involved, I should be fine.
But it's never THAT easy, now is it?
This storm doesn't seem exactly normal, does it? But then again, I've been here only a few weeks so I can't say I'm exactly qualified to say what is and isn't normal for this place.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be happening?
