Well, it's been six months. I'm fair to middling over the whole affair of losing Mom and Joe, and we're still sifting through detritis of their lives to get things in order. Becky and Cliff have moved into the old house, have infused it with life and horses just like normal, and otherwise, tending the homestead

Those are great pictures Geoff. Kinda makes me want to dig up old photos of Dad. Isn't it weird to see your parents as young adults or kids? They get so ingrained in your head as a parent that it's easy to forget they were once young.

very very true. i think that's why i ended up gravitating to those pics from pre-Geoff days. eerie also that most folks can't see familial resemblence between me and my bro Greg--til they see a pic of Mom.
