just listened to the new against me! record and it's rather disappointing to say the least.

those damn demos got my hopes up too much.

How did you hear the WHOLE new record?

had a friend up at UF get it for me. its not that bad, its just very studio-touched and doesn't sound like against me!. or at least not the against me! that i know and love.

but its still pretty fucking good. the whole record is about how they're struggling with their growing popularity and shit. "don't lose touch" is a good example of this theme.

thomas is also struggling with a cocaine addiction... so fucking disappointing.
