Good luck Matt.. it sounds like hell. My aunty Caroline married an American, but then they got divorced, and since you have to give up any other citizenship you have, she's no longer a new zealand citizen, but thats OK for her.. because in NZ you don't need anything specific. And we're lucky because we moved to Australia under a Grandfather visa. It sounds like hell.. >_
