I'm making lunch; a giant sandwich. You all know how I like to eat, so a sandwich, even a "giant" one, probably doesn't sound like much. Oh, you don't know! :P I couldn't find Focaccia bread big enough(it's a flat Italian bread with rosemary, parmasan and olive oil - it's totally fabulous). So I'm baking 2lb (1kg) of it to make one sandwich. :D
