I' m trying to cobble together at least 24 easy recipes, including 3 or 4 fish recipes, so that I can cook dinners for about a month without repeating the same food over and over until the whole family is sick of it.  Some of our favorites have dropped off of our list because none of us can stand to even look at them anymore, much less eat them.  I ( Read more... )

Any of the menus. She even has a freezer menu if you are busy a lot you can preassemble stuff.

I'm doing the Body Clutter Menu Mailer right now. Because I definitely have some clutter on my body right now.

ETA: She has a bunch of free menus (or at least she used to if you want to try a few things before buying.

Also I like www.kraftfoods.com

Thanks! I'll take a look at her menus. We have a house full of picky eaters, so I've stayed away from the non do-it-yourself options. I have the feeling we'd never end up eating more than a meal a week off of the menu. (Also, I'm domestically challenged. I've noticed that my idea of an easy meal does not coincide with the rest of the planet's opinion.)

OK - a couple I like -

[1] Poor man's chicken cheesesteak - sautee onions and chicken in a frying pan - add mozzarella or any kind of melting cheese at the last minute. Also can add mushrooms, peppers, etc.

[2] Chicken Fajitas - same as above but put in flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato and sour cream

[3] Meatloaf??? Great to freeze later.

[4] Chicken parm

I will rack my brain for more!
