I saw a guy run for a bus today. Never run for the things, as the 2000 Year Old Man says. Saunter. Don't run, saunter, jaunty jolly. There'll be another bus along in a while. I think it's the season. The customers at work are more quick to anger lately too.

People are edgy. I had a guy hang up on me this afternoon, he wanted to come in and wait for a thing to be mounted and matted, a process that takes a little time and concentration. He needed it RIGHT AWAY.

People are always upset this time of year. Christmas is very polarizing. People either love it or hate it.
