Like the title says. Just trying to get back into the habit again. Well, I got through another Xmas! SO much better this year compared to last! In fact at this time last year I was on a 4 day bender that began after getting dumped last Xmas eve that basically went into January that basically amounted to a month before I snapped out of it.
