My cat is sick.

For those who haven't heard, my cat Taura is very sick. She started showing real symptoms over the weekend, and I brought her into my regular vet on Monday, where she was diagnosed with liver failure due to hepatic lipidosis, presumably caused by her stopping eating at some point recently. This was complicated by her losing her ability to clot

Many, many hugs and much love. We are pulling for her, and for you. I've sat here staring at the screen for several minutes now trying to think of something we can do from such a distance, but I keep coming up blank. So, if you need anything, let us know. :) I'm sending good, healing thoughts her way.

Twice now our enormous grey cat has had liver problems, and twice he has gotten a feeding tube and been very, very sick, with poor prognosis. And twice he has pulled through and recovered and is currently blissfully happy. So keep your hopes up when you can.
