Hi John -

I've been thinking of starting a journal for a while, but seeing your post today's put me to it. Maybe you don't want to hear from anyone new right now, but just in case... Two years ago I came within inches of leaving, like you're thinking of. I didn't, which I often think was the wrong choice. If you want to hear from someone who's thought about this before, let me know.
