Wishing to start over

My future is beginning to look dim, school is so useless for me now. I don't even remember that I'm in school anymore. Guitar has become my replacement for homework. I don't see myself going anywhere after high school anymore. I'm screwed. Fucked. The positive is that my actual life is going well... but that's the problem, school is only a ( Read more... )

i was talking with my mother about what in the hell i should do after high school. i pretty much have to go to college, i was then thinking well if i have to go why not get a degree in something that can be put into a number of differents areas, that way i can have what cassie called "job A.D.D."

just do what you love, or even find a little bit interesting an do it. i want to work in vegas as a card dealer at some point, also i want to travel the world some. i think that you should be a part time striper. and part time something else but you should do something fun.

If you don't belive that you have motivation then your not going to have it. You can slack off and say "well im just lazy, theres nothing i can do about that" but thats not an excuse. If you really want to find some motivation than you can. It just takes effert. And it's your choice to make that effert. And no it doesn't require motivation to try, it requires you to think of the future and the conciquinces. Lets be honest here: your one of the smartest juniors in the school. You should go to college (everyone should) and if you don't you'll probably regret not doing it. You should go to a good college, you deffinitly qaulify, and if you want to do that you need to find another excuse other than "I can't do it cause i don't have the motivation to..." your parents arn't going to be around forever to make you do something. And theres not going to be a person to make you do what you want to do.

You're always so blunt with me Cassie and I thank you. But I don't really think of it that way. I don't consider myself a lazy person. I consider myself very proactive. And it's true that I remember how much I don't care about my work. But I think I'll make school important to me now.

You know, I know what it's like, dude. So many times I've thought about dropping out, but... I don't. Cause I don't want to end up like my parents. I mean... they met working as fucking Carnies! I don't want that in my future ( ... )
