A bit of research and it turns out it's only around 10 bucks to replace the snifter.

Now that it's tied to a concrete value instead of a personal, "priceless" one, it's easier to take.

From the way you described the Heritage Center I'd have been pretty shocked if they had anything irreplaceable. They probably ride the dark ride after closing and chuck glasses at the mannequins.

True, some of the mannequins on display were missing fingers. Maybe knocked off by a good throw of a snifter. I wouldn't be surprised.
