I didn't write anything in a while and, looking back at it, I feel a strong blow of regret. For I wasn't happy of my life in England and now, in a couple of sort months, everything changed completely.

It's scary stuff. Did you feel that one?

No, I live in the Bay of Plenty so I was too far away to be affected.
We had a really bad one here back in 1987 that shook all of the bricks off the outside of my parents home in Kawarau (They weren’t structural and the rest of the house wasn’t damaged)

That said we get a few noticeable earthquakes in the Bay each year nothing destructive though.
