Oh Glenn, you have much to learn...

Register for some courses, make sure you have at least 5 weeks. It's helpful to register for 2nd term courses because you aren't asked to pay it till the middle of the summer. Then, after you get your upass, drop all the coruses you don't want. Your upass stays active.

However, it's kinda late to do that now as upasses have already been mailed out.

I think Alex may be able to provide firewood if needed. I've got mini marshmallows but I don't think I'll be bringing those... too hard to toast. Could easily pick up regular marshmallows at work though.

I know a good beach but I don't know directions there. It's near dundarave somewhere...

Also, what to do if it rains?

I may be able to drive, if the battery in the car lasts...

I don't really care what we take, although something to keep us warm if necessary? like a warm drink? dunno...

I am le coming, rick may be coming (depends - he works til 4:30 ish, depends on how tired he is n stuff). I can bring some stuff, but i'll most likely be using transit so don't ask me to bring a bbq or anything =P But yeah, I could bring hot dogs or marshmallows if someone else isn't already bringing them. Just let me know what is needed.

If it rains we can move to John Lawson Park, a little ways west of Ambleside, where there are covered areas with brick BBQ pits built in =D

For foodstuffs, I wasn't thinking much beyond hotdogs, pop, and marshmallows. Warm drinks would definitely be a bonus, we'll just need a Thermos. Cookies if anyone wants 'em (maybe even the kind you can make things with marshmallows with!). There's a ton of firewood at my mom's place, but if anyone else has wood they want to get rid of, the more wood we have the bigger the fire and the longer it lasts (assuming the cops/fire dep't don't show up).

I think that's it for now...
