Paula - They're dating, what more can you say?
Harry Mason - The closest thing Ness has to a father figure in this town.
Poo - Another trusted friend from home. Ness highly respects Poo, and trusts him with his life.
Haseo - One of the first friends he made in Discedo. Has a strong older brother image to Ness.
Nill - The mute blonde has a special place with Ness, having shared a birthday with her and learning to read her mind, he
sees her as something of an older sister, and feels rather protective of her.
Ai - Unofficial bodyguard of the Chosen Four. Whenever problems arise, Ness knows he can turn to Ai when things look bad. Feels very close to her after the ordeal with Frederic Chopin. Gone
Asano Keigo - Like an older brother to Ness. Totally wishes Keigo wouldn't worry so much, but he worries about Keigo just as much, even if he doesn't admit it.
Integra Hellsing - There isn't much to say besides she's something of a mother figure to Ness.
Moa - Similar ties to Integra. Ness cares about her like she's family.
Friends
"Evil King" Stan - Truth be told, Stan hasnt' done many evil things. Ness still tries to be his friend, even if Stan claims him to be a slave, and utterly fails at actual evil.
Ari - A little quiet, but a good guy. Ness hopes to help him grow a spine one day.
Uzumaki Naruto - A boy near Ness' age, they originally argued because of the language barrier, but grew to care a lot about eachother.
Tomoo Makana - Mysterious Lawyer, but he seems kind enough. Likes hanging around with him, he's one of the calmer people he can have a conversation with.
Ryuuzaki Umi - Swordswoman, and a strong one at that. Ness thinks she's pretty, and really sweet. Wants to get to know her better.
Shiek/Zelda - Ness originally felt a little hostile after Zelda's initial appearance, but now that she and Link appear to have made up, he's looking forward to getting to know her.
Link - Has close ties to the hero, feels he's a good friend, and cares about him. Ness has a lot of respect for Link.
Yorda - Very kind, and something of an enigma to Ness. They're fairly close, and she grows a mean melon. Even after almost getting her killed, she lied to everyone to keep Ness out of trouble. Even though he still feels he should be punished for his actions.
Johnny Sfondi - Ness appreciates his view on life, and could totally see himself hanging out with Johnny more.
Edward Elric - Ed may be a little full of himself, but Ness respects his abilities and conviction.
Alphonse Elric - Sweet, kind, and helped with the cookout. Finds the armor a little mysterious, but Ness adores Al.
Simon Tam - A doctor. Ness had been told about River, and spoke Briefly with Dr. Tam at one time. Ness is hoping to get to know him better once things calm down. If they ever do.
Gabranth - The whole Knight in shining armor thing really has Ness mystified. Minor crazy time or no, Ness likes him, and looks up to him.
Jackie Estacado - Jackie is confusing in Ness' mind at times. He usually doesn't intervene in Jackie's day to day life, but he has been watching him, and the actions he does. He likes Jackie, but one day he's going to talk with him, face to face. Something always nagged at Ness about him.
Chii - Very kind, looking for her special person. Ness really hopes she finds him one day.
Kurosaki Ichigo - Fought with Ichigo during the Summers incident, fairly respected in Ness' mind, both for his skill and for the fact he has ties to Keigo.
Sokka - Great with strategy, though Ness and Sokka don't talk much, Ness feels he can turn to Sokka when he needs advice. Gone
Endrance - Close to Haseo, and a bit strange, but Ness cares about him all the same.
Soul - Generally a good guy to pal around with, Ness likes him, for sure.
Raziel - Spoke to Ness about his history, and saved Ness when he was lost. Despite their misadventures together, it seems
to be something of a mutual distance, for what reason neither can say.
Roxas - Really sweet kid. Ness likes him a lot, and totally wants to teach him Baseball one day. Really just wants Roxas to be happy.
Travis Touchdown - Called himself the number one assassin. Ness has something of a respect for Travis, in that unlike most adults, he isn't all talk and no action. Worked closely with him on a hospital run to get medical supplies at one time.
Logan - Leader of the X-Force, and a friend of Roxas. Relatively unknown, but he seems nice enough.
Demyx - The Melodious Nocturne reminds Ness a lot of certain members of the Runaway 5 and Everdred, both of which had a high respect for music. Ness loves listening to Demyx play, and generally enjoys palling around with him. Also a member of the Discedo Fun Squad.
Lilo - Nani's little sister. A little strange, but Ness likes her. Also a member of the Discedo Fun Squad(?)
Marlene - Barret's Daughter, recieved a yo-yo from Ness on her birthday. Reminds him of Tracy.
Mona Lisa - Despite their past disagreements, their friendship remains as strong as ever. Ness tries to look out for Mona as best he can.
Bulma - Lives next door to him, and was a victim of his rampage after the battle with Walter.
Jak - Even though this one doesn't remember him, Ness had a lot of respect for the original Jak who came to Discedo. Ness is hoping they can forge another friendship.
Prydain - They have something of an odd relationship. On friendly, sometimes rival terms. At the end of the day, Ness knows he can count on Prydain. They look out for eachother.
Aquaintances
Jack Sparrow - Bit of an odd one, but Ness likes him. Made a deal awhile ago to get a boat and be a member of his crew.
Miles Edgeworth - Was in Discedo before, but returned again with no memories. Ness still trusts him, though.
Abigail Carmody - Biblethumper who seems a little scary. Ness has his eye on her, she seems to have some ulterior motive. Gone
Samus Aran - Works with the police force, and fairly strong. She seems a little high strung for her and Ness to be friends.
Solid Snake - Originally avoided Ness upon meeting him, Ness thinks he knows something. Perhaps about this mysterious tournament Pit mentions?
Mei-Ling - Helped her aquire radio parts. She seems nice enough.
Big Boss - Trained him in CQC on his first visit. Returned and seemed much older, much sadder. Ness wants to find out why.
Pit - Mysterious, seems to have known Ness before from some tournament. Never gave any details yet.
Prince - Small guy, but really innocent. Ness really hopes good things are in his future.
Testament - A bit on the mean side in Ness' opinion, but he still likes Testament all the same. He treats Nill right, so that earns Testament some points in the kid's book.
Gohan - Treated him in the clinic. Ness is hoping to get to know him better.
Haine Rammsteiner - A bit on the grumpy side, but Nill likes him. Ness wishes he would be a little more friendly.
Kaneda - Tied to Bulma, and a bit obnoxious, but Ness thinks he has a good heart deep down.
Bit - Robot #2. Has unknown ties to Vava, and likes Halloween. Definitely going to hook him up with candy.
VAVA - Robot #1. Ness briefly talked with him after he mellowed out.
Zexion - Met briefly while Vexen removed his chip the first time.
Linda - Is apparently in love with Stan, a bit strange to Ness.
Nani - Lilo's sister. Great cook, and really nice.
Ashelin - Similar interests in keeping the peace, though Ness questions her methods.

Kadaj - Ness is sort of neutral with Kadaj. He likes him, but Kadaj's behavior just doesn't make sense to him, and they've often come to disagreements.
Walter - Shares memories. Doesn't necessarily hate him for what happened, but... Gone
Yzma - Despite being scary as all reason, and looking like the Crypt Keeper's wife, Ness is polite to her, if only because his mother told him to. Still totally freaky.
Disliked/Enemy/Whatevs
Sasori - Ness wants a piece of him for what happened to Nill, to see what he's truly made of.
Vaati - Cocky, obnoxious, and probably wants to give Ness a black eye. Ness feels they're going to take it to the streets someday.
Vegeta - Really, really loud. Ness has yet to see if he has this "great power" he keeps boasting about.
Mugen - Loud, Ness enjoys picking a fight with him now and again.
