It's from a movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Jim Carrey is getting a procedure done to have Kate Winslet erased from his mind. So he is in his subconscious, and reliving all the memories he has had. The end of the movie is the first memories he has of meeting her, but while they are reliving what has happened, they are still aware of everything else that has happened. So Kate Winslet says "This is it Joel, it's gonna be gone soon." He says "I know." She asks "What do we do?" And he responds "Enjoy it." Then they have the last bit of their time together while reliving their first memory as it is being erased. Good movie, I suggest seeing it, especially if this doesnt make sense (as it very well might).
