So, based on a comment made earlier today, I'm tempted to go to SWRE.. I tend to like regional events when I go to them. I was also tempted to go to SERE, but I've procrastinated too long, and it would now be too short notice. I wonder if I'll have more motivation for SWRE. Last night the power went out at our apartments again. Apparently something actually exploded and sent a manhole cover into the air, not that we saw the event itself. As life events go, lack of power for a while certainly isn't the end of the world, or even a real crisis, but I am a man who likes his creature comforts, like light after the sun ( Read more... )

So, it seems that I am a weak-willed sheep, following the whims of my friends. Or at the very least, I've followed them here to LJ. Don't expect me to post much, but I may write stuff here occasionally... We'll just have to see how I take to the place.
