Cornilius Chomp was a normal man, save for the fact that instead of a human head, a Chain Chomp rested upon his neck. His mother had died during childbirth, and he needed special care as a child because he could not support the weight of the metal head, as it stayed the same size his whole life; roughly a foot in diameter.
