1) Wouldn't it be great if pedestrians had horns and used them to cope with busy sidewalk traffic.

2) It's fun to whistle the tune to Total Eclipse of the Heart

hmm... it doesn't really look like athletes foot, but that would make a lot more sense than poison ivy. In either case, it's clearing up pretty well on its own.

the problem (I'm trying them this year too) is that when they get wet, they warp, pages don't typically remove well if needed, and they have somewhat less longevity than a spiral bound vis a vis binding. I really want to like them, good look, good writing surface, but they have a few real drawbacks

I think if any notebook got wet enough to warp it'd be problematic. I don't find much need for removal of pages, and if so, I think I could live with a fringe. As for the binding, it seems to be holding up fairly well after about a half semester of consistant use... perhaps you just dont treat yours with the respect and dignity it deserves.... how about that? hmm?

It's TERNARY opposition, and yes, I WILL go there with you over break.
(e.g. red/yellow/blue, alpha/beta/gamma decay. i've got lots)
