Been quite a while, eh, old friend?
Wow. 2 in the morning, and I'm updating again. It seems to be the only time I get any peace anymore. Well, peace of mind, at least. The roommates tend not to bother me as much as I have heard from other people that they are annoyed by their living situation...I guess I'm lucky like that. I've been keeping busy, with school, hockey, and work.

"For the little ones"
As I sit and think
Of the little lives lost
For a little money or small products
And for no large cost
It saddens me
To think of the countless babies
Denied this life
Becuase of a simple decision
By those not even man and wife
It saddens me
Not saying that the planet
Isnt crowded enough
Or that we as parents
Dont have what it takes, "the stuff"
It saddens me
What if my parents
Had used birth control that night?
Had not considered life
Sacred as bride and groom in Gods sight?
It saddens me
How many lives
Are denied in one day? one week? one year?
To avoid discomfort custody battles and unpleasentness
With those too serious for friendship but regard marriage with fear?
It saddens me
How many times must we see
The impact of actions taken and walked roads?
The denial of joy is all around
Yet we stare blankly into the abyss, attempting to solely bear our loads
It saddens me
There exists a love between
All men regardless of race
We are one humankind
