Feline Hepatic Lipidosis

One of our cats came down with liver failure Thursday before last, so we brought her in to the vet. We didn't realize anything was wrong at first because all of her food was being eaten (by the other cats) and we seldom pick her up because she hates being carried. Her lethargy and secluding herself in the closet is what tipped us off that something

Just this weekend my parent's cat went to the vet with a kidney failure problem, and similar symptoms. Sadly, in her case this appears to be some sort of cancer, and she's not expected to live through the week. I hope the outlooks continues to look good for your cat.
