Ok, Rilo Kiley show last Sunday was amazing. Toad's Place is a great mid-sized Venue. I'm glad Richmond finally has something bigger than Alley Katz, not shitty like the Canal Club and with working air conditioning unlike the former Naci Raygun. Actually Richmond now has two. also yes, w/ Toad's place and The National, I know make it down to RVA a bit more (but still not alot) for shows. It all depends on the day just b/c one time, it took me 4+ hrs to get down there when it should have taken me no more than 2. but then again, that was all DC traffic's fault, once I was past stafford it was smooth sailing.
next time I'll be down there *may* be for the old 97's at Toads place, but I'm not sure yet

Holla atta nigga when you rolling through girly. When I went up to Nissan to see Radiohead I sat in 6 hours of traffic. Literally from the time I got on 95 until I got to Nissan we never went faster than 30mph. Damn the world!
