Ooh. I was gone when you posted this, so I didn't read it then, but oh man, me too. Any manual tasks, really -- cleaning, cooking, putting together IKEA furniture. They're always so much more straightforward and productive than whatever other nonsense I'm interrupting them to do. Feels good, indeed.
