I wonder how the Internet Generation (as in, those that hit puberty with already a few years experience using a smartphone) will treat friends when they're 64.
I don't think it'll be the same.
It will be easier to break friendship circles down to how useful they are.
Facebook Statistics will be launched, and there will be easy-to-use graphing API's.

But, maybe I only think that because the older I get, the more I realise that I have no idea how to treat other people.
