so last night the wee wifey and i decided after some coaxing from friends to go see the cure festival thingee. it was filthy evil swampy august hot out, so we dropped the kids off at my mom's house and then just hung out there eating her food for awhile until the sun had begun to let up. we ended up getting to the show around 730 or so, still

Ya know, that gay anime christopher pic is starting to grow on me. It's still gay as all hell but in a cool kinda way, like Hollywood from that Mannequin movie.

jealous. (as usual) to hear 100 years live, i think it would be worth wading through the southern summer air. alas, thursdays do not make good show nights for us.

so i take it the laptop has a huge hard drive? neat trick.

i got an 80 gig external hard drive for 99 bucks when it was on sale. so far we have more or less anything i will ever ever ever and i do mean EVER play in there, including all of brians collection, and it's just about half full. this is going to be the music collection of doom.

when i saw the cure at Roseland some years ago, they sounded like shit and obviously had zero ability to play live shows. Plus, fat bob's just TOO fat these days to be taken seriously. Much like morrissey.
