So, I have what is called a rap battle due sometime this week. I haven't battled in a long time. The person I'm battling, I don't know their skill level. So, we'll have to see how it turns out. I think I'm going to record anyway, even though I'm sick. It should be fun.

I went to prom on Sat. it was fun but it was almost exactly like homecoming.

No it was actually pretty fun. I herd some music that I haven't listen to in forever, and I saw a bunch of my old friends that go to Loveland and Thompson Valley. I had fun.

prom, just like anything else, is what you make it. if you want to just have fun and finish the year on a satisfying note, you can. if you want to think of it as an overpriced, overemphasized anticlimax, it can be that too.

Hm, wonder which one you thought it was... heh. Clancey and Mine's veiws are pretty much in correspondence. It is a waste of money. Most of the time it turns to a bad situation. People will start dancing, they'll get bored of following the rules so they start to get closer and closer, sooner or later it leads to grinding. Then, most of the time (but not always) that leads to a guy running out of their date to a car.

Not to mention most of the time they play bad music. You know, the kind that hurts your ears because it sucks?

Oh, and I want to mention that this is a dramatization of what usually goes on, but it definitely goes on.

ive never actually gone...i got asked this year by a few people but i didnt like tara going with anybody else to hers...and even though she would be fine with it, that would be kinda hypocritical, and i didnt wanna take the chance of any complications.

I've never actually been either.

I think if I were asked I would go around town and mess around with my date. Not really ever attending the actual dance.

That happens to me all of the time, the worst part of the movie is when somebody randomly walks into the room. Or I recommend something to somebody and the episode they watch is awful. I have just stopped that kind of thing all together.
