kevin - i must apologize for last night. you wanted help and i put my own tiredness first. i always tell myself i won't be like that - i will put gentleness and compassion and the other person before myself. i definitely didn't sympathize. unfortunately, this seems to be the side of me you always see. i've been short with you lately, haven't i. part of it is sheer incompatibility, i think - we see the world pretty differently - and the rest is just my own selfishness.
