Number one fear: Loss of control. The ball in anybody's court but mine. That vulnerability of knowing that they might not return, might not arrive, might not respond. Absolutely terrifying.

I know the reasons are related to childhood interactions with my parents, but I don't know why they transitioned into my interactions with peers.
