Yeah, I think I'm gonna buy one of the big family-size things of Wrigley's and just fill my pockets. Gum helped me when I quit before, hopefully it can doing again. Those waiting situations kill me -- waiting for the metro, sitting in the parking lot before work if I get there early -- all prime opportunities to spark up some cancer. What really gets me though is those times when you're used to smoking during/after something. If I'm drinking coffee, I want to smoke. If I'm having a beer, I want to smoke. When I finish a meal, I want to smoke. When I'm awake, I want to smoke. Et cetera, ad nauseum.
I'm not buying anymore at all. I'm stopping all tobacco products, actually. No more cigars or pipes at the reenactments.
Last I talked to you, you were quitting too. How's that going?

And I'm with you on trying to lose weight. I have at least 3 weddings to go to this year, so I want to be on top of my game when I break down and buy a decent suit. We should powwow sometime on getting our asses in shape.
