Brain, brain go away, think about this shit some other day

I've been listening to this lecture on how the roots of Christianity and Judaism started with Ra and Isis in Egypt, and how most religeons had the dual-soul concept of Male and Female god-figures. They also trace Christianity's rituals and stories through the pagans and babylonian myths. This is even before the Romanization of Christianity from a small movement in the Middle East/North Africa to the major religeon of the Empire...

That makes sense. Egypt at one point also had a monotheistic religion imposed on the populace by Akhenaten. I dunno if that contributed to early Judaism, but combined with a possible origin in Ra and Isis, it would certainly make sense.

One of the better places to get a look at "uncorrupted" Christianity, or so I've heard, is Ethiopia. I believe that in some areas (or maybe the whole country; admittedly I haven't done much research on this) they still practice one of the oldest, or perhaps the oldest version of the religion.
