Yeah, I saw that verdict too. Until I saw that, I thought there might be a way of saving this country. But, aside from a couple of headlines, I haven't even heard much of a fuss over this.
Well at least Washington is a safer place than other states. Here what our constitution has to say.
Section I, Article 16 of the state Constitution reads in part, ``Private property shall not be taken for private use, except for private ways of necessity, and for drains, flumes, or ditches on or across the lands of others for agricultural, domestic, or sanitary purposes.''
