Yesterday I got a call from Pat Kenney saying that someone named Mr. Brater at Thurston might want me as a student teacher.  Today I met said Mr. Brater.  Tomorrow, I start student teaching.  The last two people to be assigned are the first SMACers to be in the classroom.  Why couldn't I get a post-Labor Day starting school?  I am freaking out
