I have ran the past three days, and I'm not really sure why. I think it relaxes me, though. For example, I thought I was going to do something with my friend the past couple days, which didn't happen ... haha, so I just went running. I love Jasmine! I think she's be best. Plus out of Fantasia and Diana, she's the prettiest and if our American Idol is going to be on magazines and on tv a lot they better look good and Jasmine does! Plus, she does sing well, it's just the songs that she picks don't go well with her.

Jasmine IS pretty, and of course she can sing. Regardless, I don't think any of the three finalists will do big things. Each of them has something different missing ... just my opinion ... but good luck to your girl!

Running is relaxing. I love to run alone with my MP3 player. It's great and it makes you look better later in the day, too. Like you have energy!

I agree. I have to steal my brother's MP3 player, though. What a neat device!
