I should be sleeping. Which means tomorrow is going to suck balls.

I'm thinking, though.  I wonder about people more and more these days.  I understand that a large chunk of society just kind of exists, and doesn't take that step to self-discovery. Ooh. I don't know anything about this. Can you point me in the direction of some reference material?
And would you be willing to share your experiences?

I did guided meditation in Karate. It was humbling to say the least. The theory is who you are is something you've made up along the way; what you tell yourself as much as what you project to others. My Master recommended going through Ego Death several times in your lifetime as you make up new personas as you go along.

I'd be happy to share my experiences with you in person. I've done both therapy and meditation. Both mediums require someone you can trust and be safely honest with.

I meet someone recently who is a therapist and her opinion is everyone goes for a physical once a year, you should do the same for mental health. So everyone should see a therapist once a year even if life is great.

I'm glad things are working well for you.

I've been considering this again recently, last one really burned me though so I've been working on developing myself. sounds like this person you're seeing really has a plan for your success. congrats.

I've been kicking it around. I spent 3 years in personal therapy and about the same in group therapy.

But, perhaps its time to go back.
