Lately....

Yes, yes, it's been a long time. Livejournal stopped seeming like a wise investment of my time, as I have been constantly busy lately. Part of me sees it as an extension of my youth (not blogging, but livejournal), and the whole point of this year has been about becoming an "adult." oh man, jason and i LOVE so you think you can dance. and especially mia michaels! she is the most awesome person EVER it is so cool you got to talk to her!!

and i totally agree that the forum of livejournal has become outdated, but i honestly forget everything that happens to me when i don't write it down, so i definitely like to keep track of my life before it all disappears. my memories, that is. hopefully my life doesn't disappear.

oh. my. god. you're super into that show now, too? i just about shit my pants any time mia does anything. (note to self: come up with more ladylike phrases to indicate excitement). she is such a space cadet but in the best possible most genuine way and omg omg omg soooo good. i say we start an AOL group chat during each episode and freak out together.

Well if you would come LIVE IN LOS ANGELES then MAYBE we could watch in real time and in REAL LIFE TOO. My latest favorite thing to do after a stressful day at work is have a glass of wine and cry whilst watching uplifting reality tv (that term only applies to The Biggest Loser and SYTYCD).
And if you aren't coming to live in LA, then you better have an update on the love life.

Also, do you remember Mia's father piece from last season? Of course you do. I was uncontrollably sobbing and Mike came in going "WHAT is wrong? Are you okay?! Jesus!?" And then I had to say through choking sobs "It's just so you think you can dance... mia michaels did this piece about her dad... and it's so beautiful!! It's just so moving..." No one gets it but people who watch the show. A little Mia M. info, apparently her father was the first Marlborough Man, of the advertisements.
