Which is your favorite?
* You [humans] are, after all, essentially irrational.
* We shield it [the Vulcan mating rite] with ritual and custom shrouded in antiquity. You humans have no conception. It strips our minds from us. It brings a madness which rips away the veneer of civilization. It is the "pon farr" -- the time of mating.
* The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals. As far back as the sabertooth tiger.

* Space still contains infinite unknowns.
* I'm frequently appalled by the low regard you Earthmen have for life.
* I remind you that humans are only a tiny minority in this galaxy.
* Humans do have an amazing capacity for believing what they choose -- and excluding that which is painful.
* I have never understood the female capacity to avoid a direct answer to any question.
