Born 3:09am Tuesday 23.03.21. In labour from 11pm the night before. Left for hospital 2:20am. Got onto ward 2:45am. Delivery was fine but we found out after the placenta had come partly away inside the womb early... In the words of the midwife “you are both lucky to be here”. Welll we’re currently being told by the media and government that it’s all our (the people’s) fault that corona virus is spreading like wildfire, especially in the south.
