A hootenanny you say?! Well as long as it doesn't escalate into a full-scale shin-dig, or god help us, a funtastrophe.... ;) Let me know when a good time would be for you.
Um... really, as long as it's not November 23-27 (Thanksgiving holiday - will be in San Angelo), December 7-14 (finals time - will be here but very busy), or near to Christmas (in San Angelo again), I should be fine. As far as post-Christmas, March 10-20 is Spring Break time and I'll be in Austin, but that's the only thing that I know is happening, but coming pre-spring would be better for me since spring is my last semester and thus I will be trying very hard not to fuck up my classes. ^_^
You're still in Lubbock, right? Once work starts up at the ski shop I'll be too busy all winter, honestly if I'm gonna make a trip I gots to do it pretty soon before November.

Seriously, though - please come to Texas. You can totally stay with me, and we will have a hootenanny, a hoe down, or any variants thereof!

I hope that helps somewhat.
