I have never had a paper with a word limit on it.  Maybe an entrance essay, but never a report on somthing.  I can even understand page limits.  BUt hthis is stupid.  It is a lot harder than it sounds to write a report with a cap on the number of words it can be.  In this case, 300.  Especially when you are supposed to write it as if the reader has ( Read more... )

Well... it happened. The 2 teams I was rooting for lost, leaving us with a Bears-Colts Superbowl. And campus may get pretty ugly in the next few days and weeks. The 2 teams that masses people care about here happen to make it. The worst part about it? I have to side with a team I would traditionaly root against, just to root against friends.
