Question for tGAers.

ok, I want to go into the RP again. But since I've been away for... how long now? (years, maybe?) Well, I'm lost. Could someone give me a brief synopsis of whats going on in the RP?

Also, any way we can spark interest in the RP, or is this just the natural flow of things over there?

Well, basically all you really need to know is that 11 years have passed since the end of the Great War (which pretty much ended disastrously because demons overran Yamato and forced the Alliance to flee). Marcus is still the King of Remon and the leader of the Grand Alliance. For a while he was under control of a dark cleric named Shyralis but has finally broken free from her. Marcus is currently with a bunch of other heroes in the desert city of Vanna (a sort of Medieval Arab city) in Libaterra and tries to defend the city from a besieging demon army.

If you're interested, I've also posted a more detailed summary of Marcus's story here. A good source for the RP in general is the New State of the World thread which briefly explains the RP's setting and has short kingdom summaries as well as a general summary of the eight RP chapters.

Also, tGA has gone through cycles of death and rebirth ever since its beginning, so this is only natural. The RP's been quiet for a while so I think there's a good chance now to revive it (especially because a few people have shown interest in continuing the RP if other people start posting too). If a few people start posting and others notice that the site's active again, I think more people will post too. This is what has happened with every tGA RP as far as I can remember.

We also have an invitation thread at EoFF and it has actually lured a few new and old members to the RP in the past. Perhaps it's worth a try to post in that thread and see if people get interested? I would post but I don't want to double post.

Yeah, I'd definitely like to come back...I just get too distracted with WoW stuff, especially now that I'm my guild's ranged officer. >_> Seriously though, bother me enough and I'll come post. xD
