Seriously considering buying a "new" PC at the moment. My old clunker has been with me for what, 6+ years now so yeah, probably time for an update. Problem is I've been out of the game for so long that I have very little clue what a good price is for anything. Ugh, do NOT get a GX260 or GX270 ... before I worked here, the school bought a ton of them for our lab and various offices around our building ... each one had problems to the point that we got Dell to send us a replacement for each. They had sent out repair people a few times and the computers still had problems, and it was under warranty, so they replaced them. They had logic board and memory problems for the most part. Some of our computers had the motherboard replaced twice and still didn't work.

So, yeah. Stay away from that model, please. Hehehee ...

Done and done. Glad I mentioned it now, I was having second thoughts but didn't think they'd be that bad.
