RIAA supposed losses, Harvard countersuit

not to mention Nine Inch Nails newest CD "The Slip" that was able to be downloaded from the NIN site for free---Trent even PAID to spread the word to people to download the album (that came with all that would come with a CD, including album art, etc). I'm not sure which group, Radiohead or NIN, did it first, but both actions shook up the recording industry and are being discussed in media classes as innovative media techniques...they both have a cult following, so arguably they seem most likely to get away with that and still make a profit.

I can't wait to see them on Tuesday!!!
