We have been looking into buying a house (currently in private rented) last week we viewed an ideal house in the right area and everything we wanted. Put an offer in. Just had the phone call i have been waiting for.

The offer has been accepted...yeh Just hope everything goes ok with it now.

i hope everything goes ok....its the waiting i cant stand.....but they reckon about 6-12 weeks if all goes to plan.

If we do get it, it will need redecorating in everyroom and the kitchen is much like yours in the bungalow (not much storage space)

A brief list of the property:
3 bed-semi detached on spacious corner plot,
lounge, dining room, kitchen and large hall
Outhouse with WC and storage areas
2 double sized bedrooms and 1 small single room, bathroom
detached single garage to rear of property
Gardens to front, side and rear (it even has a pond)
