The Rain

Last night I was just driving my car around 11:30 PM in the rain, and I put in a CD that makes me think of a certain person I really care about. For a moment there I felt as if I existed and truly lived in that moment there in my car. When I reached my destination I stepped out of my car and closed my door. Ever just stand outside in the rain, for no other reason than to feel like everything in your life is washing away....or maybe just to feel something...something touching you, being close to you, loving you...?

yeah rain has that cleansing effect on me. so does crying, but last night it wasnt raining here so all i could do is cry. but id have to say that rain is better, theres no better feeling than just standing alone in the rain.
