Sounds good. I used to think I wanted a house and a yard and all that, but now I think I want to own property, but not have to do any yard work.

it's starting to get close to a year since your last post. You're aware, I'm assuming, that Boomer is hot again, yes? :D

I'll miss that show but it sure is kicking ass!
